My goal is to lose 20 lbs by second semester. That means I only have to lose about a pound a week, so it's totally doable. My goal for this week has been to walk every day, even if it's just a short distance, and drink more water. So far, so good.

That sounds great. I wish I could say thatyou have motivated me to do the same. I have such a tough time trying to lose that last 15-20lbs. Oh well. I'll be thinking about you
